Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yesellcropscare.com ("Platform") and any purchase of products through it. The Platform is operated by Yesell Crops Care, a unit of PNM Industries, Ingur, Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You may use this Platform only if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
• Are purchasing for a purpose permitted under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and any applicable state laws

2. Products and Registration

All pesticide products listed on this Platform carry a valid CIB&RC registration number. The registration number, approved crops, target pests, dosage, and pre-harvest interval (PHI) for each product are displayed on the product page and/or product label. You are responsible for reading and following the label directions before use.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if we reasonably believe the purchase is for an unauthorised use, or if we are unable to verify the buyer's identity or location.

3. Geographic Restrictions

We currently deliver only within Tamil Nadu, India. Orders from outside this territory will not be processed. We do not ship internationally.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods available at checkout
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay
• For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if there are repeated non-payments

5. Orders and Cancellations

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email
• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@yesellcropscare.com
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the regulated nature of pesticide products:

• Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (or cash for COD orders)

7. Safe Use and Liability

Pesticides are hazardous substances. You acknowledge that:

• It is your responsibility to follow all label directions, safety precautions, and local regulations when using or storing these products
• We provide dosage and safety information on each product page for reference only — always follow the printed label on the product container
• We are not liable for any crop damage, personal injury, or third-party loss arising from improper use of products purchased on this Platform
• Our maximum liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, images, logos, and code, is the property of Yesell Crops Care or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• You must notify us immediately at support@yesellcropscare.com of any unauthorised use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

10. Smart Crop AI Advisor

The "Crops Care AI" tool on this Platform provides pesticide recommendations based on crop, pest, and acreage inputs. These recommendations are informational only and do not constitute agronomic advice. Always consult a certified agricultural officer or the product label before application. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI tool outputs.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this Platform or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu. We encourage you to contact us first at support@yesellcropscare.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
